đĄ What Youâll Do
- Research and analyze internal data: traffic patterns, user behavior, app usage, and engagement.
- Track external signals like SEO metrics, keyword trends, search visibility, and LLM (AI-driven) discovery patterns.
- Identify new opportunities to grow AllEventsâ visibility, traffic, and app downloads.
- Build dashboards and reports that donât just show data, they tell a story.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify emerging trends and content opportunities.
- Partner with product teams to suggest data-backed improvements for user growth and retention.
- Keep a pulse on algorithm updates, search trends, and how AI is reshaping discovery.
- Bring clarity to chaos turn numbers into narratives and ideas into actions.
What You Bring
- 1â2 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or growth/SEO analytics.
- Strong research mindset, you donât just collect data, you question it.
- Excellent command over tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other insight platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or Python skills are a big plus.
- Comfort with analyzing large datasets and visualizing key takeaways.
- Curious about how algorithms, user intent, and market shifts drive growth.
- Strong communication, you can explain complex data in simple, actionable words.
- A proactive attitude: you see patterns others miss, and you donât wait to be told what to explore next.
