The Mission
Tinder and Bumble own dating. We want AllEvents to own weekends. We’re turning 'nothing to do' into 'can’t miss this'—but to make that happen, we're on the lookout for a Video Editor who can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping videos that drive clicks, conversions, and ticket sales. Your mission? Create high-impact videos for social media, ads, and event promotions that fuel our performance marketing engine.
You’ll work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to produce short-form videos, reels, promos, and social ads that not only look great — but deliver results
Responsibilities
Create short-form, vertical videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn that drive engagement and support conversion goals.
Edit reels, advertisements, stories, and event highlight videos to support ticket sales.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to develop and execute video campaigns.
Enhance videos with motion graphics, overlays, and branded visual effects.
Adapt and repurpose existing content for various social media platforms and formats.
Stay up-to-date on current social media trends, including editing styles and popular audio.
Use performance data to inform editing decisions and improve metrics such as click-through rate, return on ad spend, and watch time.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience creating video content for digital and social media platforms. Experience with event or ticket-related content is a plus.
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, and viewer retention strategies.
Experience creating vertical content optimized for mobile platforms.
Bonus: Skills in animation, cinematic effects, or audio editing.
A portfolio showcasing high-performing or visually compelling short-form video work.
