💡 What You’ll Do
Research: Deep dive into user problems, analyze product data, and explore best design practices.
Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows.
Collaborate: Work daily with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ship great experiences.
Communicate: Present and defend design ideas clearly — visually and verbally.
Measure: Evaluate impact through A/B testing and product analytics.
Own It: Take full ownership of your projects — from concept to launch.
What You Bring
1–3 years of UX/UI experience in consumer-facing products (web or mobile).
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Experience collaborating closely with developers for smooth handoffs.
Data-driven mindset — you understand user behavior and analytics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills (Slack, async tools, etc.).
Deep understanding of design principles and usability best practices.
Passion for creating intuitive experiences that simplify people’s lives.
