Role Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong grasp of digital ad platforms to join our marketing team. Your core responsibility will be to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms—driving traffic, signups, and conversions for both B2C and B2B objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan and execute performance campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid media channels
Manage daily budgets, bids, targeting, and A/B tests to optimize ROI
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing pages
Run retargeting, lookalike, and interest-based audience campaigns to improve reach and conversions
Create and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights
Own and optimize marketing campaigns with a laser focus on driving ticket sales – continuously refining strategies, messaging, and channels to maximize conversions and revenue.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta & Google.
Proven track record of delivering performance-driven results (leads/sales, not just clicks/impressions)
Comfortable working on a pay-per-performance mindset.
Strong knowledge of metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates.
Familiar with analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics, UTM builder, Tag Manager, Meta Suite.
Analytical, resourceful, and outcome-focused
Proven track record of delivering performance-driven results (leads/sales, not just clicks/impressions)
Bonus Points For:
Experience with event-based or consumer-facing platforms
Knowledge of other channels like LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or programmatic platforms
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
